Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for SuiteNeighbor-arranged services.

1. Supplier Policies Control

Each supplier (hotel, airline, tour operator) sets its own rules. We will
disclose those terms at booking and they will govern your reservation.

2. SuiteNeighbor Fees

Service or administrative fees charged by SuiteNeighbor (including
non-refundable deposits) may be non-refundable. If applicable, these will
be disclosed before you authorize payment.

3. Timing & Refunds

  • Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the supplier’s policy and
    the timing of your request.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are issued according to supplier
    timelines after deducting applicable fees.

4. Changes Initiated by Suppliers

If a supplier changes or cancels a service, remedies (refunds, credits,
rebooking) will follow the supplier’s policy. We will assist you in seeking
available remedies.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback does not guarantee a refund. We encourage
contacting us ‘rst so we can coordinate with suppliers.
